Disabilities and Special Needs |
ParkingDue to limited parking on campus, NO VISITOR PARKING will be available on the campus with the exception of disabled parking spaces. Parking and shuttles will be provided at Springfield Mall ( see below for directions.) We ask you to allow at least 20 minutes to take the shuttle to the conference site. Also consider morning commuter traffic in gauging your travel time to Swarthmore. We encourage taking the R3 Regional SEPTA line which has a stop at Swarthmore College. SEPTA riders receive a $10 rebate. Simply present your receipt or pass at the registration desk the day of the conference. The shuttles are small white buses and large yellow school buses. Volunteer parking attendants will be there to assist you in the morning only. There will be shuttles to and from the conference at peak times. At least one bus will be available all day to and from the mall. THE LAST SHUTTLE WILL DEPART FROM THE ROSE GARDEN AT 5:45. If you have special parking needs, please call Julie Jenney at the Scott Arboretum at 610-328-8024. The conference planning committee is grateful to the Springfield Mall for supporting our conference.
